Recently, the illustrious AICD interviewed Phil, to discuss the origins of Ngurrara, his experiences and contributions to strong governance, the challenges he and the Ngurrara Board have faced and the opportunities and objectives that we are well on the way to achieve.

Phil also discussed the importance of being culturally responsible, family values, working together as a team for continuous improvement, and getting processes right.
