The Frontline Leader – Ngurrara

🌟 Gratitude, Appreciation, and Pride 🌟

We are incredibly proud of the 10 Ngurrara Representatives who attended the AIM WA Frontline Leader Course.

Their dedication and commitment to leadership development is inspiring.

Over the five days of the course, it was a joy to connect and reconnect with the team, sharing experiences and insights that will undoubtedly shape our journey forward.

The knowledge and skills gained from the course and from each other will be invaluable as we apply the principles of leadership in our respective roles.

A special thank you to our facilitator Meagan Perry (nee Wearne) for her guidance, support, and expertise. Meg’s efforts have made a significant impact on our learning journey, and we are grateful for the knowledge and skills you have imparted.

Key takeaways from the course included learning and gaining knowledge and skills in
Leadership and Management, Continuous Improvement, Workplace Relationships, Effective Communication, Team Development, Emotional Intelligence, Diversity and Inclusion, Conflict Resolution, Mindfulness, Workplace Priorities, Operational Planning, Performance Management, and Goal Setting.

These insights will empower us to lead with confidence and make a positive impact in our communities, our people engagement and our business objectives.

Together, we are progressing forward, equipped with the tools and confidence to make a positive impact.

Thank you to our Board of Directors for achieving another strategic milestone and delivering on another commitment to develop our leaders of today and tomorrow.

Here’s to our continued growth and success! 🚀
