Executive Profile - General Manager
Tracey Dhu, our General Manager for Ngurrara, is a proud Bunjima woman from the Pilbara region, with over 20 years of experience in working with Aboriginal organisations. Her experience in the mining and resources industry, her practical experience of systems and processes, and her experience from working from the ground up, has given her a holistic exposure to leadership and managing staff.

The BEEDIYAR Program is facilitated by the Australian Institute of Management Western Australia. BEEDIYAR, the Noongar word for ‘leader’ is AIM WA’s landmark executive development program for First Nations leaders.
